The pricing, plainly.

5% of the booked revenue we provably source and attribute to our work, with a $500/mo minimum in months we sourced revenue and a $10,000/mo cap. Every billed dollar traces to named bookings on your monthly statement; your own direct, repeat, and walk-in business is never in the base. During early access, onboarding runs on a simple monthly plan; talk to us and we’ll set you up.
How is the fee computed?+
Exactly like your statement shows it: attributed base (the named bookings we traced to our work) × 5%, then the $500 floor or $10k cap if they bind, minus credits for any previously billed ride that later cancelled, equals net due. Statements freeze at month close with per-booking evidence lines and are never recomputed; a preview is labeled preview and is never invoiced.
What about the credit-card fee?+
Card processing (around 2.9% + 30¢) is charged by the payment processor at cost and passes straight through, we don’t mark it up. The 5% is our platform fee on top, and it covers everything: software, your website, hosting, support, and the local SEO that drives the bookings.
Why a percentage instead of a flat fee?+
Because it aligns us. A flat-fee dispatch tool earns the same whether you book $10k or $50k a month, it has no reason to grow you. We only earn more when your bookings go up, so every hour we spend on your SEO and website is an hour on our own paycheck too. Do $10k/mo and it’s $500; grow to $15k and it’s $750, we share the upside we create.
Is there a minimum?+
Yes, $500/mo, which is 5% of $10,000 in bookings. To start, we look for operators already doing $10k+/mo, or who are ready to commit to the $500 minimum while we build them past it. Below $10k the floor applies; above it, you just pay 5%.
What if I'm already doing high volume?+
Then 5% buys you a lot, a full marketing department and platform for a fraction of what those typically cost separately. For very large fleets we’ll talk about a custom rate or cap so the math stays fair both ways. Apply and we’ll quote your market.
How do I cancel?+
Month to month, no long-term contract, cancel anytime. You keep your domain, your website, and your customer list.
